Pastor Ray A. McQueen and his wife Sharon are the founders and Co-Pastors of Family Life Church, which has two campuses in Lynchburg and Roanoke, Virginia.

In 1997, he obeyed God's voice to start the ministry after serving in the United States Air Force for ten years. Pastor Ray and El met via this podcast over two years ago and have kept in touch ever since.
